SHIPPING POLICY

We currently deliver within South Africa only.

A flat shipping fee of R60 applies to each order. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Orders are dispatched after payment has been successfully processed. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the delivery service used. Some remote areas may take longer.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather, service interruptions, incorrect delivery details, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where tracking is available, we will provide the tracking details after your order has been dispatched. If tracking is not available, we will still provide an update when reasonably possible.

Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct. Additional charges may apply if delivery cannot be completed because the information provided was incorrect or incomplete.
